On 30 December 2026, the EU Deforestation Regulation kicks in for every operator placing timber products on the European market. That includes cladding manufacturers, deck builders, furniture producers and shipyards, anyone whose supply chain touches tropical or imported hardwood.
We designed our European operation around EUDR from day one. Every 3RT Technologies Europe block ships with the due diligence file included. No scrambling, no extra paperwork, no risk to your compliance record.
The rules are strict: geolocation coordinates for every production plot, proof that no deforestation occurred after 31 December 2020, and full compliance with the laws of the country of origin. Fines run up to 4% of EU turnover.
